Rick Young

Rick Young is an Account Manager with OSD working out of Cashiers, NC with State and Local Government clients in both North and South Carolina.

Prior to joining OSD, Rick was a State Account Manager for Hewlett Packard. After this he worked with New Century Systems until 2019 as an Account Manager.

He was also the Director of K12 Marketing for Emtec Inc. and held various positions with IBM for 19 years including Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and K12 State Advisor.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Tennessee Wesleyan College.

Kevin Gary

Kevin Gary is an Account Manager with OSD working out of Charleston, SC, with State and Local Government clients in Georgia, North and South Carolina.

Prior to joining OSD, Kevin worked for Charleston County Government for 11 years as a Project Manager, IT Budget Director, and a Deputy CIO. After this he recently work for New Century Systems for the last 10 years as an Account Manager.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Administration from Western Michigan University.
